View our docks    The RiverHouse B&B is located off of NY Rt. 12 about 2 miles east of Clayton, 10 miles west of Alexandria Bay and is easily accessible by car and boat.   We are on the water with plenty of dock space for your boating, fishing, swimming or sunning pleasure.  We can accommodate three 24-ft boats.  Launching facilities are within a mile away.  Free trailer storage available.

Our guests have full use of the main floor living room, graced with river views, a fieldstone fireplace and with many special books on the history of the St. Lawrence River.   The second floor, reserved exclusively for our guests, includes 2 luxurious full baths and three dbl., one twin, bedrooms with the river view, and one dbl. bedroom with a quiet backyard view.   A hearty, healthy breakfast is served daily, 8 - 10am, on our enclosed sun porch overlooking the main shipping channel.   See pictures of the RiverHouse accommodations

The RiverHouse is not a typical Bed & Breakfast. Our intent is to give you a great getaway vacation in an exceptional house, on the St. Lawrence River. Come and experience summer in the 1000 Islands!
